Return Window
You may return any item within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
Eligible Items
- Unworn items with original tags attached
- Items in original packaging
- Items without damage, stains, or alterations
- Items purchased at full price or on sale
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Undergarments and intimate apparel
- Items returned after 7 days
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges for size, color, or style within the same product category. Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Process
- Log into your account and select “Exchange” for the desired item
- Choose your preferred replacement (size, color, or style)
- Schedule a pickup or visit our store
- Receive your replacement within 5-7 business days
REFUND PROCESS
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Refund Amount
- Full refund for items in perfect condition
- Shipping charges refunded for orders above ₹1999
- Return shipping costs deducted for orders below ₹1999
- No processing fees for returns
